Current and Future Vehicles

1. What is the final cost?
   1. The Aptera 2 Series vehicles will have a base price ranging from $25,000 to the low $40,000s depending on options and powertrain.



2. How will the vehicle handle in adverse weather conditions? Steep inclines?
   1. Aptera vehicles are being developed to function in the same environmental conditions as your current vehicle. We follow the same development cycles and test plans as the larger automakers.



3. Does the vehicle have air conditioning and heat?
   1. Yes, air conditioning and heating are standard.



4. What kind of batteries are in the vehicle? What is the battery life and cost replacement?
   1. The batteries are a special lithium-ion chemistry designed for high durability and even higher safety.
   2. Battery life and cost replacement depend largely on usage, but we can say they are being developed to live to a normal automotive cycle. We are unable to discuss battery cost at this point because it has a direct impact on our business model.



5. Can the vehicle accommodate tall drivers?
   1. Yes, the vehicle is designed to comfortably accommodate 95% of the driving public. Shaq may be a different story. J



6. Is there a spare tire? What happens when I get a flat?
   1. We realize it is important to provide ease of service and repair and the vehicle is designed to accommodate the driver appropriately. Each vehicle is equipped with an emergency tire repair system that fixes your tire at the push of a button by injecting sealant into the damaged tire while inflating it at the same time. There are also standard jacking points at the front and rear of the vehicle.



7. How much does it weigh?
   1. The vehicle will range in weight from 1500 to just under 2000 lbs.



8. How many kwhr does it take to charge?
   1. A fully depleted battery pack requires just under 21 kWhrs.



9. How long does it take to charge?
   1. The Aptera vehicles can replenish a fully depleted pack overnight when plugged into a 110v outlet.
   2. Charge times are reduced substantially when using the optional 220v connection.



10. What are the performance stats (top speed, acceleration, consumption rate)? What is the range of the hybrid?
    1. Standard driving mode will achieve 0-60 in under 10 seconds. Vehicles will have three driving modes: standard, sport, and economy.
    2. Top speed is electronically limited at 90 mph.
    3. The range of the hybrid is up to 350 mpg.



11. Will the vehicle fit in a standard parking space and garage?
    1. Yes, the vehicle will fit in a standard parking space and garage. The overall size of the Aptera is similar to a Toyota Prius with the front track being comparable to a Ford F-150.



12. Is it safe? Does it have airbags?
    1. Safety is a core value at Aptera, which is why we are designing and producing a vehicle to protect its occupants comparable to other vehicles in its class.
    2. Yes, the vehicle is equipped with driver and passenger front and side airbags. Four airbags in total.

Vehicle Availability

1. When will the vehicle be available to the rest of the U.S.? If the vehicle is used primarily in California, can I drive it to other states?
   1. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a timeline or map of our expansion at this time. We believe by initially solving every delivery, support and service issue locally, we will be better prepared to provide vehicles regionally and nationally when the time is right. Trust, though we won't make you wait for long.
   2. Yes, if the vehicle is registered in California, you may drive it to other states.



2. When are you starting production and when will you begin delivery?
   1. We will begin production and delivery in the fourth quarter of this year. An approximate build schedule will be provided to reservation holders in the future, so stay tuned.



3. When are tours and test drives available?
   1. We are in the process of arranging our production facility. Once operations are in place, the public will be offered tours of the facility. Test drives will be possible following the start of Aptera production.



4. When will a four passenger vehicle be available?
   1. Once we have finalized our initial 2e production version, we will continue to revolutionize the transportation industry in other areas.

Ownership

1. Can I pick-up the vehicle in California and then drive it back to my out-of-state residence?
   1. For several reasons, we are limiting our initial sales and distribution to California residents, including our dedication to seamless customer service. We will not have maintenance centers set-up in other states until the expansion of our distribution and state regulatory issues are settled. We are working hard to make the Aptera available to everyone, but for that to happen we need to solve any future contingencies on a regional level first.



2. Can I take it to my local mechanic? If not, how will I service the vehicle?
   1. Yes, a portion of your maintenance, such as brakes and tires, will be able to be serviced by your local mechanic.
   2. We will have maintenance centers conveniently located at or near distribution areas to take care of any service or support issues.

Misc.

1. Can I be a dealer?
   1. We are not looking for dealership opportunities at this time. Instead, we are focusing our initial distribution solely to California residents so we can solve any future contingencies on a regional level.



2. Are you a publically traded company and can I buy stock?
   1. We are currently a private company and not publically traded.
